The Cold Lottery
The Cold Lottery is a stage reading that started in New York City by actor/producer Daniel J Condon. The premise of The Cold Lottery is to have writers submit their material and then we cast actors to “Cold Read” the work lottery style. Typically, when you attend stage readings you already know who is going to be reading ahead of time, so by attending The Cold Lottery, you have a chance to get on stage and read. We focus on creating a space for both the Writers and the Actors to showcase their talent.

The Winter One-Act Festival is an annual NYC - based performance platform supporting emerging playwrights, directors, and actors by producing original short works in an accessible Off-Broadway setting. The program provides early-career artists with professional production experience while expanding affordable theater access for New York audiences.
